Indro Warkop, the sole surviving member of Warkop DKI, continues his work at age 68 by releasing the song Dan Aku Rindu.
Indro began his career in 1976 as a broadcaster at Radio Prambors alongside Dono, Kasino, Nanu Moeljono, and Rudy Badil. They formed Warkop DKI, which produced dozens of comedy films.
Kasino died in 1997 and Dono in 2001. Indro is now the only survivor and remains active as an actor and producer.
In 2026 Indro starred in several films and released the song Dan Aku Rindu. He said the song shows his longing for his colleagues and that his success is not due to himself alone.
"Betapa rindunya saya, sejujurnya lagu ini didasari saya ingin ngomong, saya sampai sekarang masih ada di sini, masih ada penggemar itu bukan karena saya sendiri, tapi karena mereka juga, dan saya tidak akan pernah melupakan itu semua," he said.
