Adedotun Keshinro, the Lagos State Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), was awarded the fellow of the Nigerian Army Resource Centre in Abuja. The conferment took place on Thursday at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre during an investiture ceremony. He received the honour alongside two generals, one colonel, and one lecturer.
