The Laval Rocket defeated the Toronto Marlies 4-0 on Tuesday night at Coca-Cola Coliseum, evening their North Division semifinal series at two games apiece. Samuel Blais scored twice and Kaapo Kähkönen recorded a shutout as Laval pushed the best-of-five series to a decisive fifth game.
Laval jumped ahead early when Alex Belzile scored 46 seconds into the contest. Laurent Dauphin added a shorthanded goal and two assists, while Blais netted a pair of markers to complete the scoring. Kähkönen stopped all 18 shots he faced for his second career playoff shutout and first of the 2025-26 season.
