Lego is discontinuing seven of its 13 Animal Crossing building sets in the coming weeks, prompting fans to grab deals while available. Popular playsets like Nook's Cranny and K.K.'s Concert at the Plaza are among those marked as retiring soon on Lego's storefront. With Animal Crossing: New Horizons set for a Nintendo Switch 2 release and update in January, these sets could make ideal holiday gifts.
Retiring Sets and Deals
Lego has flagged seven Animal Crossing sets as retiring soon, representing more than half of the current 13-set lineup. These include:
- Fly with Dodo Airlines Airport (292 pieces) -- $22.79 (originally $38)
- Isabelle's House Visit (389 pieces) -- $28 (originally $40)
- Nook's Cranny and Rosie's House (535 pieces) -- $55 (originally $75)
- K.K.'s Concert at the Plaza (550 pieces) -- $64 (originally $80)
- Bunnie's Outdoor Activities (164 pieces) -- $14 (originally $20)
- Julian's Birthday Party (170 pieces) -- $10.82 (originally $15)
- Kapp'n's Island Boat Tour (283 pieces) -- $30
All discounts are available at Amazon, except for Kapp'n's Island Boat Tour, which has no sale price listed. The Nook's Cranny and Rosie's House set features Tom Nook's store, Rosie's home, and customizable baseplates for interior and exterior layouts, complete with minifigures of Tom Nook and Rosie.
K.K.'s Concert at the Plaza offers modular building with a stage for K.K. Slider, Isabelle, and Audie, plus a camper and cafe, and includes an acoustic guitar accessory for the minifigure. Isabelle's House Visit builds Fauna's home with garden elements and a balloon-delivered present. The Fly with Dodo Airlines Airport replicates the game's airport, airplane, and includes Wilbur and Tangy minifigures.
