Forward Linus Andersson has signed with EC VSV of Austria after parting ways with Modo. The 27-year-old moves despite holding a contract for the coming season.
Modo and Andersson ended their collaboration this week. The offensive forward from Skellefteå had joined the club from Vaasa in Finland last season and recorded 29 points in 45 regular-season games plus five more in 12 playoff contests.
