The Nigeria Immigration Service has suspended the services of Online Integrated Solution indefinitely effective July 1. Applicants must now submit Nigerian visa requests directly at diplomatic missions in the United States.
The Nigeria Immigration Service announced the indefinite suspension of Online Integrated Solution, the operator of Nigeria’s Visa Application Centres in the United States. The move took effect on July 1.
Deputy Comptroller of Immigration Mr Akinsola Akinlabi issued the statement on July 9 in Abuja. He said all applicants must now submit directly at the Embassy of Nigeria in Washington, D.C., or the Consulates General in New York and Atlanta.
The suspension does not affect Nigeria’s electronic visa system. Applicants can continue to apply for e-Visas through the official online portal, Akinlabi said. He added that measures are in place to ensure seamless processing at the missions.
