Sam Fender and Olivia Dean's "Rein Me In" has reached a 15th week at No. 1 on the UK Official Singles Chart as of July 2. The achievement ties the track with Wet Wet Wet's "Love Is All Around" for the longest-running No. 1 by a British artist.
The song first topped the chart in February and now stands behind only Bryan Adams' "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You" with 16 weeks and Frankie Laine's "I Believe in Love" with 18 weeks on the all-time list.
It also matches Drake's "One Dance" for the longest-running chart-topper of the 21st century and surpasses Alex Warren's "Ordinary" as the longest No. 1 of the 2020s. The track earned song of the year at the 2026 BRIT Awards after a new version featuring Dean was released in June 2025.
Elsewhere on the July 2 chart, Olivia Rodrigo holds the No. 2 spot with "Stupid Song," while Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" sits at No. 3. Prospa and Clonee's "Free Your Mind" enters the top 10 at No. 10.
