The Sandiganbayan Third Division has issued a subpoena for DPWH records on lawmakers' funding requests for infrastructure projects.
In the malversation trial against former Senator Ramon Revilla Jr. and DPWH officials over an alleged ghost flood control project in Pandi, Bulacan, Gerard Longoria, chief of the DPWH Central Office Programming Section, took the witness stand.
He testified that the late Undersecretary Catalina Cabral provided lists of infrastructure projects and proponents, including Revilla, for revised submissions to Congress.
The subpoena directs the production of all funding requests and proposed amendments, including instances of unsigned and undated documents received for inclusion.
