South Central Railway (SCR) has launched in-house AI passenger assistants ‘Bholu Mini’ and ‘Bholu Max’ at Malkajgiri and Kacheguda railway stations. The kiosks provide round-the-clock travel information. A live demonstration was held at Rail Nilayam in Secunderabad.
South Central Railway introduced the AI-based passenger information assistants ‘Bholu Mini’ at Malkajgiri railway station and ‘Bholu Max’ at Kacheguda railway station on Friday.
The advanced interactive enquiry system was demonstrated live at Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad, in the presence of general manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava and DRM-Hyderabad Santosh Kumar Verma. The Bholu AI assistants were conceptualised, designed and developed in-house, including software coding by senior divisional commercial manager (Hyderabad division) Anirudh Pamar.
SCR launched these on International Worker’s Day to offer passengers round-the-clock travel information.
