The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation has released medical suspensions for all 28 fighters from UFC Houston, with two receiving indefinite terms. Alden Coria and Ramiz Brahimaj must obtain medical clearance before returning to competition. Main event winner Sean Strickland faces only a brief nine-day suspension.
UFC Houston took place on Saturday night at the Toyota Center in Texas, featuring several violent finishes on the main card. In the co-main event, Uros Medic secured a first-round knockout over Geoff Neal.
The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation announced the suspensions on February 24, 2026. Due to state medical privacy laws, specific injury details were not disclosed. Fighters may return earlier with professional medical clearance.
