Wu-Tang Clan appeared on The Tonight Show to perform songs from their 1993 album and celebrate the New York Knicks' NBA championship victory.
The Staten Island group performed a medley of "Bring Da Ruckus" and "C.R.E.A.M." while wearing Knicks gear and shouting out to New York City. The appearance formed part of a Knicks takeover of the late-night program after the team's title win.
Original guest Lin-Manuel Miranda gave up his spot and is scheduled to appear next week. Wu-Tang Clan had also performed at halftime during Game Four of the finals when the Knicks trailed by 29 points. Method Man declared "Knicks in five" during the set.
The Knicks went on to win that game 107-106 and then took the series in Game Five. The band is currently on the Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber tour, which continues in North America in August and ends in October.
The group is set to be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in November alongside artists including Phil Collins, Lauryn Hill, Mariah Carey, Oasis, and Pink.
