Businessman David Kipsang Keter has won the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) parliamentary nomination for Emurua Dikirr constituency in polls held on March 27. He secured 13,759 votes against 13,394 for Bernard Kipkoech Ng'eno, the late MP's former personal assistant.
