Brandon Barash, ex-husband of 'General Hospital' star Kirsten Storms, has been granted an emergency restraining order against her amid concerns over her mental health and their daughter's safety. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a judge agreed she's experiencing a mental health crisis. Kirsten is now limited to supervised visitation.
