KXI consumer staples ETF lags overall but outperforms recently

The iShares Global Consumer Staples ETF (KXI) has underperformed the State Street Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLP) since inception, though it showed 12-month outperformance driven by international equities.
