A man dubbed the “faucet maniac” stole faucet covers in the men's bathroom at Terminal Campo Grande in Cariacica, Espírito Santo, leading to flooding. The incident took place last week, and the perpetrator remains unidentified. The transport company replaced the damaged parts on Tuesday, February 24.
