A 29-year-old student at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota faces felony charges after allegedly threatening to shoot members of a fraternity that rejected him as a pledge. Police arrested Romello Lloyd on Monday after discovering a loaded handgun and other weapons in his possession. University officials notified the campus community that the threat had been resolved.
