A KedaiKOPI survey indicates 88.8 percent of respondents are satisfied with the government's handling of 2026 Eid mudik services, with an average score of 7.18 out of 10. Satisfaction covers public transportation fleets and overall mudik infrastructure and management policies. KedaiKOPI Head of Research Ashma Nur Afifah said respondents were quite satisfied with the services provided.

Mudik child Kian Rasyid suffered finger swelling from a stuck ring en route to Cimalaka. His family sought help at the BPBD Mudik Post in Terminal Ciakar, Sumedang. Rescuers removed it in 30 minutes using special tools.
