Alice Olga Louise Tham, 28, and Carl Jörgen Hylén, 27, have purchased the chain house at Hans Sotares Gränd 6 in Skanör for 6.25 million kronor. The house, built in 1971 with 146 square meters of living space, was sold by Sandra Charlotte Torpling and Krasimir Alenov Gerasimov in January 2026. This marks the third sale of the property in seven years.
