The cast for Michaela Coel's upcoming series First Day on Earth has been announced, featuring Thandiwe Newton and Maxine Peake alongside the creator-star. The 10-episode drama is a joint production between BBC and HBO. Newton reunites with HBO four years after the end of Westworld.
