Nicolás Rosales Pallares, president of the Mexican Association of Transport and Mobility (AMTM), has been elected senior vice president for Latin America at the International Association of Public Transport (UITP). The appointment, backed by near-unanimous vote from the Regional Executive Committee, honors his over 15 years in the sector. It comes ahead of the first World Public Transport Day on April 17.
