Muspinas III of Barisan Muda Kosgoro (BMK) 1957 took place at DPP Partai Golkar in Jakarta on Sunday, April 19, 2026. Golkar DPP Secretary General M Sarmuji opened the event and stated the need to review all work programs as a basis for general programs after deliberation.
Sarmuji stressed that programs must be relevant to society and contemporary developments. "Kenapa, sesuatu itu harus relevan dengan masyarakat, sekaligus harus rileks dan relevan dengan zaman. Ya, ini penting BMK 1957 adalah Ormas di dalam tubuh yang berafiliasi pada partai Golkar yang bisa menjadi wahana sosialisasi, mengenalkan politik itu apa dengan cara-cara yang mungkin tidak politik," he said.
He suggested light activities like music events, sports, online tutoring, courses, and job interviews without overt political messaging to appeal to youth. Young people prefer subtle invitations to involvement over direct politics, gradually fostering alignment with the party.
Meanwhile, BMK 1957 General Chairman Kemas Ilham Akbar announced that Muspinas III would push to designate HR Agung Laksono as Father of Kosgoro 1957 in the organization's bylaws. This recognizes his contributions in founding, nurturing, and providing extensive attention to Kosgoro 1957 cadres at central and regional levels. The agenda is a priority for the upcoming Mubes Kosgoro 1957.
