Burundi foreign minister arrives in Addis Ababa

Burundi's Foreign Minister Ambassador Dr. Edouard Bizimana has arrived in Addis Ababa to attend an African Union executive meeting.

Ambassador Bizimana landed at Bole International Airport, where he was received by Melaku Bedada, the protocol chief at Ethiopia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

He traveled to Ethiopia to take part in the 49th African Union Executive Council meeting.

The meeting is scheduled for July 21 and 22 in Addis Ababa. Its theme is “Ensuring sustainable water supply and safe sanitation systems to achieve Agenda 2063 goals.”
