Céline Dion shared an emotional tribute to her duet partner Peabo Bryson following his death at age 75. Bryson passed away on June 2 after suffering a stroke.
Céline Dion described Bryson as a symbol of the joy music brought to her life. In an Instagram Story post she wrote that she was heartbroken to learn of his passing and recalled his kindness when they recorded their Grammy-winning duet. The pair recorded the title song for the 1991 film Beauty and the Beast. The track earned the Grammy for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocals in 1993. Bryson died peacefully at 5:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday June 2 surrounded by family. Dion added that his voice and talent will be missed and sent condolences to his loved ones.
