Designer Courtney McWilliams created a custom outfit for singer Aya Nakamura using only Nike products. The one-off piece was made for the artist's sold-out show at Stade de France on May 30, 2026.
The chrome sci-fi design was hand-sewn from Nike Dri-FIT tops and a pair of Air Max 90s. Details were borrowed from the Nike Shox Z sneaker. McWilliams described the concept as a semi-robotic goddess inspired by anime and sci-fi films. She said the look fit Nike's focus on powerful women in entertainment. McWilliams is a Royal College of Art graduate who previously served as Design Director at Givenchy. Her past work includes pieces for Beyoncé, Rihanna, Jay-Z, Kanye West and Travis Scott's Circus Maximus tour. The outfit is not available for retail sale. McWilliams also runs a jewelry label sold at Dover Street Market.
