Most notably, a banner reading 'Fuck you Diaco' targeted George Diaco after he celebrated in front of the Södertälje fan section in the third game, placing him at the center of the controversy alongside threats and hate on social media from fans of the opposing side. Speaking to Barometern, Diaco addressed the banner matter-of-factly: 'Det är så fansen gör för att påverka matcherna och de är passionerade, det är de är kända för och vi vet hur glada de är över att få se sitt lag i slutspelet mot oss. Det finns inte så mycket att säga om det, det är deras försök att påverka och jag får göra mitt.'
