The 2026 World Cup final between Spain and Argentina will feature a halftime show for the first time with performers including Shakira, Madonna and Justin Bieber.
The title match is scheduled for Sunday July 19 2026 at the Estadio Nueva York Nueva Jersey. Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m. central Mexico time.
FIFA confirmed the lineup featuring Shakira, Madonna, Justin Bieber, Burna Boy, Gustavo Dudamel, the PS22 Chorus and Coldplay. Coldplay's Chris Martin leads the artistic production with Global Citizen.
Argentina advanced after a 2-1 win over England with goals from Enzo Fernández and Lautaro Martínez. Spain eliminated France 2-0. Lionel Messi said the Argentine squad owes nothing to anyone and that nobody gives them anything.
The show will air in Mexico on Canal 5, Las Estrellas and Azteca 7 as well as at FIFA Fan Festivals in Mexico City, Guadalajara and Monterrey.
