Human Made to acquire Undercover fashion label

Human Made Corporation has signed a non-binding agreement to purchase Undercover. The deal targets full ownership transfer by early 2027.

Human Made Corporation, founded by Nigo, has agreed to acquire the Undercover brand. The company is currently 80 percent owned by founder Jun Takahashi and 20 percent by his brother Hiroshi.

A 100 percent share purchase is targeted for September 2026. Full transfer of the label is planned for February 2027.

The Takahashi brothers are expected to continue working with the brand for several years after the change. The move ends Undercover's status as a fully independent label.

The announcement came alongside the presentation of the Resort 2027 collection, which featured lace-edged garments, cat prints, and sheer overlays.
