Insomniac Events has reached a settlement that resolves a lawsuit involving two Miami music venues and keeps the company involved in their operations.
The global dance music promoter announced the agreement on July 10 alongside business partners David Sinopoli, Davide Danese and Jose Gabriel Coloma Cano. The parties stated they have amicably resolved their dispute after more than two years of legal conflict.
Under the terms, Insomniac will continue to operate Club Space with Sinopoli and maintain its role at Factory Town. Danese and Coloma Cano will run Jolene with Sinopoli and pursue new projects.
The settlement ends litigation that began after disagreements over control and ownership of Factory Town. Insomniac, which is partially owned by Live Nation, acquired its stake in Club Space in 2019 and later partnered on the second venue.
