Jeremy Clarkson reveals prostate cancer diagnosis

Former Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson has disclosed his prostate cancer diagnosis in the final episodes of Clarkson's Farm Season 5 on Prime Video.

Clarkson told co-stars Charlie Ireland and Kaleb Cooper about the aggressive condition during filming for the series. He said he had known about the diagnosis since May and had undergone a biopsy.

The 2025-filmed season's finale dropped Wednesday. Clarkson noted that treatment would interrupt harvest work and that some prior treatment had gone awry.

He told his friends an upcoming operation would leave his body out of action temporarily. Clarkson added, "What I wanted to say was if this is all successful, I'll see you for Season 6, and if it isn't, I won't."

Clarkson's Farm follows his management of a thousand-acre farm in the UK and began in June 2021.
