Jon Rahm apologized to a PGA Championship volunteer after a moment of frustration sent a divot into the man's face and shoulder during the first round at Aronimink Golf Club.
Rahm shot a one-under 69 in Thursday's opening round. On the par-4 seventh hole he struck his second shot from the left rough over the green. In anger he then swiped at the grass, sending a divot that struck the volunteer.
