La Marzocco is hosting a series of events at the 2026 Milan Design Week, centered around its Casa La Marzocco space. The activations blend coffee culture, innovation, and collaborations with brands from fashion and design. Visitors can explore new product colorways and immersive experiences from April 21 to 26.
From April 21 to 26, La Marzocco has opened Casa La Marzocco during Milan Design Week, a dedicated space for coffee, design, innovation, and collaboration. Giada Biondi, the company's Global Communications & Culture Manager, described it as a venue where visitors engage with coffee experiences and product showcases celebrating craftsmanship and contemporary coffee culture. The event features both the La Marzocco Home and Modbar ranges, highlighting a dialogue between home baristas and professionals. Modbar places technology below the counter for a more engaging customer experience, according to Biondi. New colorways for the Linea Mini and Linea Micra espresso machines include Crème, Blue, and Brushed Steel, designed to integrate with modern home aesthetics. Officine Fratelli Bambi is also showcasing bespoke machines from its Florence workshop. La Marzocco has partnered with POLSPOTTEN on cups, bowls, and accessories inspired by its 1930s machines. Other activations include the Sin Plan pop-up with NEIT, blending coffee, cocktails, and Mexican gastronomy from Tacos Domingo; the Good Meetup Kiosk with Highsnobiety offering espresso and curated products; and events at Gaggenau residency and Balay with Monocle Magazine. Coffee PortrAIts, an AI-driven exhibition by Accademia del Caffè Espresso, translates coffee's sensory qualities into visual art. Biondi emphasized how such collaborations build community and attract new audiences beyond coffee.
