Mytheresa and The Hedges Inn hosted a soirée on July 1 to mark the start of the East End summer season and launch a mobile pop-up shop.
The event took place on Wednesday evening at the recently reopened The Hedges Inn in the Hamptons. Guests viewed luxury items including Alaïa wedges and Loewe bags inside a custom yellow-striped Airstream parked in the driveway.
A cocktail hour featured limoncello spritzes, Champagne, and appetizers such as caviar-topped chicken nuggets. Model Kate Love, who recently relocated to the area with her children, described enjoying local stables, farms, and beach walks.
Sarah Wetenhall, owner of The Hedges Inn, highlighted the occasion as the hotel's first post-restoration event and a reunion with Mytheresa. Mytheresa CEO Francis Belin said the Airstream aims to deliver a more luxurious experience by visiting customers directly.
Attendees including Tamron Hall, Jennifer Fisher, Katie Lee Biegel, and Aweng Chuol later enjoyed a three-course dinner and s'mores by the fire pits.
