Oba Femi defeated Brock Lesnar in the main event of WWE SummerSlam 2026 night one inside Hell in a Cell on August 1. The victory gave Femi a 2-1 series lead over Lesnar after prior wins at WrestleMania 42 and Clash in Italy.
The match featured multiple near falls, with Femi kicking out of three F5s and a Tombstone Piledriver on exposed wooden boards. Lesnar had earlier opened the ring mat during the bout.
Femi secured the win with his Fall From Grace finisher after knocking a chair from Lesnar's hands. It marked the first time Lesnar lost inside Hell in a Cell.
After the match, Lesnar embraced Femi in the ring and raised his hand. He then addressed the crowd in Minnesota, stating, "Here's the future of WWE. Congratulations. This is the future, ladies and gentlemen. This is the past, this is the future."
