Aryna Sabalenka's win over Nikola Bartunkova has confirmed Emma Raducanu as one of 32 seeds for this year's Wimbledon Championships.
The result from the tournament in Germany means Raducanu, currently ranked No. 31 in the WTA Live rankings, cannot be overtaken before the seeding cut-off on Monday, 22 June.
Raducanu reached the final at Queen’s Club earlier this month. She lost to Donna Vekić after a first-round exit at the French Open and withdrawals from Nottingham and Eastbourne.
Being seeded ensures the Briton avoids another top-32 player until at least the third round. Her last appearance as a seed at Wimbledon came in 2022, when she was the 10th seed.
The main draw begins on 29 June. Raducanu will now prepare for the grass-court Grand Slam with her seeding confirmed.
