Suzuki confirms SV-7GX crossover for US market

Suzuki has confirmed the SV-7GX crossover motorcycle for the US market as a 2027 model.

The announcement came this week and follows the model's initial reveal at the 2025 EICMA show and confirmation for other markets in May 2026.

The SV-7GX features a 645cc liquid-cooled 90-degree DOHC V-twin engine with ride-by-wire throttle, drive modes, traction control and a six-speed transmission that includes a bi-directional quickshifter.

Pricing starts at $8,599 for the SV-7GX and $8,399 for the SV-7GXV variant, which comes with white paint. Both prices exclude taxes and fees.

The model sits between the SV650 and V-Strom lines with ADV styling, longer-travel suspension and a 17-inch front wheel.
