Colombia registered 654,146 new motorcycles in the first half of 2026, an increase of 164,315 units compared to the same period in 2025.
Bajaj led sales with 114,618 units, followed by Suzuki with 100,364 and Honda with 94,022. In June these three brands registered 18,678, 17,058 and 15,381 motorcycles respectively.
The 101 to 125 cubic centimeter segment captured 46.88% of preferences, while the 151 to 200 cubic centimeter segment accounted for 27.91%. The best-selling models were the AK125NKD EIII from AKT, the GPD155-A NMAX155 from Yamaha and the CT100 ES Spoke from Bajaj.
The ten most registered models made up 35.37% of the market and all feature advanced ABS or CBS braking systems. June saw 107,412 new units registered, a monthly correction after higher previous volumes.
