Target Darts to launch arcade platform with seven games

Target Darts will introduce Target Arcade, a new gaming platform for connected dartboards, on October 29, 2026. The launch includes seven titles designed to appeal to families and serious players alike.

Target Arcade uses 3D rendered games and a screen next to the dartboard. Players throw real darts to interact with titles such as Board is Lava, Battlesplash and Alien Invasion.

The platform builds on the OMNI automatic scoring system, which already links dartboards to the DartCounter app used by more than one million monthly active players. New games will be added each month after the launch.

Chief Transformation Officer Zoe Burton said the games aim to involve children and non-traditional players. CEO James Tattersall added that the goal is to grow participation beyond the sport’s established audience.

The announcement follows the recent rise in darts popularity driven by player Luke Littler, who became the youngest double world champion at age 18.
