The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth reached nearly 131,000 concurrent players on Steam after a deep discount during the platform's Summer Sale.
The 12-year-old title climbed to tenth place on Steam's most-played chart. It surpassed Path of Exile 2, Slay the Spire 2 and Dead by Daylight.
Its previous peak of 70,701 players, set in April 2021, was more than doubled. SteamDB recorded a 394.9 percent rise in players over the past 30 days.
The game is currently 90 percent off, with the Complete Bundle available for £3.70. The sale began a few days before the June 29 report.
Repentance+ is scheduled for a physical Nintendo Switch 2 release in Q3 2026.
