Samuel Kendall, 25, was arrested after allegedly firing a rifle at two people in a parking lot in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Police also discovered materials for making improvised explosive devices at his home.
Kendall is accused of shooting at a vehicle in the Culver's restaurant parking lot on June 12. One victim reported being struck in the eye by what he thought was a BB. Shell casings from a rifle were recovered at the scene.
Investigators linked a silver Lincoln Town Car registered to Kendall to the incident. A search of his home uncovered evidence he had sold a .300 Blackout rifle and possessed explosive components including circuit boards, timers, and powders.
Kendall was taken into custody at his workplace on July 16. He faces four counts of recklessly endangering safety, two counts of criminal damage to property, and one count of possession of improvised explosives. He is held on $250,000 bail with his next court date scheduled for July 24.
