Alex Consani, who has appeared in music videos for Doja Cat and Charli xcs, made history as the world’s youngest transgender model at age 12 in 2015 and the first trans model to win the Fashion Award for Model of the Year in 2024. She gained a following through comedic TikTok videos during the pandemic and is repped by Underscore Talent.
