My Safety allows users to reach ADT's professional monitoring centers directly from the app, even away from home. Features include a safety timer that alerts monitors if not deactivated, a silent text option for discreet activation, and customizable preferences for responses via call or text. A verbal cue initiates an emergency response, overriding other statements. The service comes at no extra cost for existing professional monitoring subscribers but requires a subscription otherwise.
