Ana Paula Renault boosts sales of Isabel Allende's 'Violeta'

BBB 26 winner Ana Paula Renault announced the novel Violeta as the first read for her book club on Tuesday, June 17. The post caused Isabel Allende's book to rise quickly on Amazon charts.

Renault posted a video on Instagram to introduce the Clube do Livro Renault, created by fans. She said Violeta would be the first book discussed by the group and that she plans to share videos with her opinions.

Within 24 hours, the book reached the top spot in the historical romance of the 20th century category on Amazon. In the overall ranking, it rose from 630th to 20th among bestsellers.

The story follows Violeta Del Valle, born in 1920, who recounts her life and 20th-century events in a letter. The novel was released by Isabel Allende in 2022.
