Anmol KC shares fitness journey for upcoming movie X9-Level 1

Nepali actor Anmol KC discussed his physical transformation for his latest project during a press meet in Kathmandu. He revealed turning non-vegetarian after six years and intensifying gym workouts to prepare for the role. KC expressed excitement about audience reactions to the new film.

Anmol KC, a prominent figure in Nepali cinema, recently drew attention following the release of 'A Mero Hajur 3'. On Wednesday, he attended a press conference at the Everest Hotel in Kathmandu to discuss his upcoming movie, 'X9-Level 1'.

Prior to delving into the new project, KC addressed changes in his appearance and lifestyle for 'A Mero Hajur 4', where he shed significant weight. For 'X9-Level 1', the actor made a notable dietary shift, resuming meat consumption after abstaining for six years as a vegetarian. 'I have eaten more meat for work than I ever did before I turned vegetarian. But after the filming is over, I will stop eating meat again,' he stated.

KC emphasized his rigorous gym routine, noting that workouts and proper nutrition now dominate his thoughts. He has progressed to lifting 120 kg. However, achieving this physique in just four months posed challenges. 'When you make a body in four months, sometimes there is a problem of back pain and muscle cramp and still go on working out,' KC explained.

Despite the risks, the actor remains enthusiastic about the venture and is eager to gauge public response. This preparation underscores the demands of his evolving roles in Nepali entertainment.
