Arabella Pickles wins 2026 Royal Windsor mini championship

Eight-year-old Arabella Pickles rode Cosford Valour to the tricolour at the 2026 Royal Windsor mini championship. The win marked the pair's first season off the lead after two years on the lead rein. A quality field competed in the expanded event that featured a fourth class.

Arabella Pickles and the six-year-old Hollybush Lord Of The Dance gelding Cosford Valour topped the mini championship after winning the first ridden class. The pony has been part of the Ahern family team since age three and is described as super easy and cheeky in the best ways. Arabella said she felt a bit nervous but the pony took her round well.
