Arc Raiders adds separate solo duo and trio tracking

Arc Raiders has updated its matchmaking to track player behavior separately across solo, duo, and trio modes. The change came in patch 1.36.0, which is now available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. Players can now adopt different styles in each squad size without affecting their overall profile.

Developer Embark introduced the feature after players requested more flexibility in the extraction shooter. Previously, behavior across all playlists counted toward a single profile, limiting how players could mix cooperative and aggressive approaches.

The update builds on earlier fixes to the aggression-based matchmaking system. Those changes addressed issues where defending against attacks was counted as starting fights and where low-activity rounds had too much influence.

With the new system, each playlist maintains its own profile. This allows players to farm materials and assist others in solo runs while hunting players in larger squads with friends.

The full changelog is available on the official blog.
