Real Madrid dominated Hapoel Tel Aviv in the second quarterfinal matchup of the 2025-2026 EuroLeague, finishing 102-75. Without injured Edy Tavares, Sergio Scariolo's team displayed its fullest version. Scariolo admitted: "without him, we are another team".
Facundo Campazzo led the offense, hitting 10 three-pointers across the two games. Andrés Feliz and Usman Garuba, dubbed "rebels" for their frenzy, proved decisive: Garuba tallied 13 points, nine rebounds, and two steals, while Feliz added 11 points and five rebounds. Their defensive intensity produced a 62-33 second-half run.
Hapoel grabbed an early halftime lead (40-42), driven by Myles Oturu and Theo Maledon. Scariolo's bench, led by Garuba and Feliz, shifted momentum with a 13-3 spurt. After halftime, a 25-9 run pushed the lead to 71-56, and Vasilije Micic's technical fouls ejection sealed the blowout.
The third game is scheduled for Tuesday in Bulgaria. Real Madrid aims to close the series and return to the Final Four in Athens, after missing it last season.
