Corbyn i Malmø til venstreorienteret samling

Jeremy Corbyn deltager i konferencen Organize! Movement Meetup i Malmø, hvor omkring 400 mennesker fra 30 lande er samlet for at diskutere socialisme og demokrati.

Tidligere Labour-leder Jeremy Corbyn er en af hovedtalerne ved mødet, der afholdes i Malmø. Han udtrykte beundring for byens cykelstier og busforbindelser og beskrev den som ren og velorganiseret.

Corbyn understregede vigtigheden af, at venstrefløjen præsenterer en vision for social sikkerhed og retfærdighed for at modvirke fremgangen for den yderste højrefløj. Han talte også om sin eksklusion fra Labour og dannelsen af det nye parti Your Party i 2025.

Konferencen har til formål at udveksle erfaringer og strategier mellem partier, fagforeninger og sociale bevægelser. Corbyn fremhævede eksempler på historiske forandringer, der giver ham håb for fremtiden.
