In private Instagram posts shared via 'Close Friends' on Friday, March 13, 2026, the 23-year-old streamer unleashed on the singer, calling him a 'd**khead' and saying he trusted people who turned on him the moment his name got linked to D4vd's.
Neo writes, "Thankfully I'm legally fine in every way, AND BOI DO I GOT ALL MY RECEIPTS FOR THINGS HAHAHAHA." He adds, "I told so many people that I trust and I thought knew me as a person my side of things, all for that to be thrown out the fkin window as soon as I get arrested and they slap that di*kheads name next to mine." For the record, Neo clarifies, "And for the record, the thing I was arrested for I wasn't even charged. They never filed it and my warrant was retracted because there is more to the story then what's on the news."
This all ties back to the apparent murder of Celeste Rivas. Neo was arrested last month for failing to appear before a grand jury investigating the case, where D4vd is the prime suspect. He only testified for 40 minutes. Law enforcement sources told TMZ that D4vd took a mysterious middle-of-the-night drive from L.A. to a remote area of Santa Barbara in spring 2025, months before Rivas's body was found in the trunk of D4vd's Tesla near his L.A. home. D4vd was reportedly accompanied by another person, with online rumors pointing to Neo. After the body was discovered, Neo scrubbed his Instagram of any sign of D4vd.
Neo's lawyer told TMZ, "[Neo] played no part in this heinous crime and he ... continues to be wrongfully persecuted in the court of public opinion." Messy much? So, with receipts in hand, is Neo about to drop more bombshells? 👀
