Djurgården has adjusted its lineup for Tuesday's SHL game against Färjestad at Hovet, aiming for revenge after Saturday's loss in Karlstad. Key changes include scratching young forward Anton Frondell and bringing back Mathias Emilio Pettersen from suspension. Färjestad counters with a new goaltender and returning players.
Djurgården coach Robert Kimby has made tactical adjustments ahead of the rematch with Färjestad on Tuesday evening at Hovet. Magnus Hellberg will remain in net for Djurgården, with Daniel Marmenlind slated for a debut later in the week during the Skåne trip.
On defense, Hugo Blixt steps in as the seventh defenseman, replacing the scratched Valtteri Pulli from the lineup used in Karlstad on Saturday. The defensive pairs are set as Gustav Lindström–Oliver Kylington, Jesper Pettersson–Joey LaLeggia, and Philip Holm–Colby Sissons.
Forward changes see Anton Frondell, who has faced a tougher recent period, moved to extra forward status. He trained with Marcus Krüger and Mathias Emilio Pettersen on Monday but will sit out, with David Blomgren joining that line instead. Pettersen returns after a three-game suspension. Victor Eklund will now play with Håvard Salsten and Albin Grewe, while Arvid Costmar earns a spot among the 12 forwards after impressing as an extra on Saturday.
The forward lines are: Joe Snively–Jacob Josefson–Charles Hudon, David Blomgren–Marcus Krüger–Mathias Emilio Pettersen, Victor Eklund–Håvard Salsten–Albin Grewe, and Arvid Costmar–Ludvig Rensfeldt–Viggo Björck.
Djurgården will be without Hugo Hävelid (loaned to Nybro), August Berg (scratched), Daniel Brodin (loaned to Björklöven), Linus Klasen, and Jesse Ylönen (suspended).
Färjestad responds with changes of its own. Melker Thelin replaces Emil Larmi in goal. Viktor Lodin, who missed Monday's practice, is confirmed to play. Radim Zohorna returns after missing four games and will center Christoffer Jansson and Mikkel Eriksen.
