The 37th Regional Conference (Konferda) of the PDIP Central Java Regional Board (DPD) was held at Hotel Patra in Semarang on Saturday, December 27, 2025. This event was part of simultaneous conferences across Indonesia, with Central Java as the 37th out of 38 regions, while West Sumatra was postponed due to disaster.
The conference was directly led by PDIP General Chairman Megawati Soekarnoputri, with attendance from PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto and DPP PDIP Politics Division Chairman Puan Maharani. The main agendas included accepting the accountability report from the previous board period, followed by forming the new structure.
Dolfie Othniel Frederic Palit, or Dolfie OFP, was appointed as Chairman of DPD PDIP Central Java for 2025-2030. "I was tasked by the General Chairman as DPD chairman," Dolfie told reporters after the event. The appointment was based on psychological tests and a DPP plenary meeting.
The new structure consists of 25 executives. Diah Pikatan Orissa Putri Haprani, daughter of Puan Maharani, serves as Deputy Chairman for Politics. The full list includes Secretary Sumanto, Treasurer Kaisar Kiasa Kasih Said Putra, and other deputy chairmen such as Joko Sutopo for Election Victory and Etik Suryani for Regional Autonomy Government.
Previously, Bambang Wuryanto alias Bambang Pacul was dismissed as chairman via DPP Decree Number 02/KPTS/DPP/VIII/2025 dated August 15, 2025, after his appointment to the DPP Election Victory Division for Legislative Affairs following the PDIP VI Congress in Bali. FX Hadi Rudyatmo briefly served as Acting Chairman before resigning, prompting this conference.
Megawati conveyed messages for cadres to remain solid, stay close to the people, and contribute to disaster response in Sumatra. Dolfie emphasized the task of restoring PDIP's victories in Central Java through upcoming elections, including the gubernatorial race. New programs will align with decisions from the PDIP VI Congress in August 2025.
